Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or isn’t what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery at freelanceragv@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will send you a full replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you — no need to ship anything back.
Changed Your Mind?
If you simply changed your mind, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will offer you a refund or store credit. Since our products ship internationally, we may ask you to keep the item rather than return it, to keep things simple and fast for you.
Refunds
Once your refund is approved, it will be credited back to your original PayPal payment method within 5-10 business days.
Order Cancellations
You can cancel your order for a full refund within 12 hours of placing it, before it enters processing. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
